Delivery time

In Hong Kong, you can choose self-pickup or door-to-door delivery:

• SF Express Self-Pickup: This service is provided by SF Express and includes smart lockers, designated convenience stores, SF Express stations, and SF Express service centers. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days to the designated pickup point after shipment. However, logistics are subject to many factors, and we regret that we cannot guarantee delivery time.
  
  Once the books arrive at the reader's chosen pick-up point, SF Express will notify you to collect them via the "SFHK APP" . Please download the SF Express Hong Kong APP in advance and enable push notifications to avoid missing delivery reminders. Smart locker packages must be collected within 24 hours of arrival, while other self-pickup packages must be collected within 3 days. If the self-pickup point is insufficient and the package is not collected within the specified time, it will be collected by SF Express, and the reader must call the SF Express customer service hotline (27300273) to reschedule the pickup.
• In-store pickup: You can come to our store . We will notify you by email or WhatsApp to pick up your book. Please pick it up within 14 days. If you fail to do so, you may need to reschedule your pickup.
• Door-to-door delivery: This is provided by SF Express or other logistics companies; both commercial and residential addresses are acceptable. Delivery time can generally be arranged during the " stock preparation time ". Within the next week.

• Once sold, all items in this store cannot be returned without a reason.
