運送時間
香港本地可選自取或上門派送:

順豐自取:服務由順豐速運提供,包括智能櫃、指定便利店、順豐站、順豐服務中心。一般出貨後 1-2 個工作天可抵達指定取貨點。惟物流受許多因素影響,恕我司未能為運送時間作出保證。
書籍送抵讀者自選的取書點後,順豐會以「SFHK APP」通知取件。請提前下載順豐香港 SFHK APP,並開啟手機推送通知,以免錯過快件運送提醒。智能櫃快件須於到達後 24 小時內取件,其他自取件則須於 3 天內取件。若自取點空間不足而快件逾期未取,該快件將由順豐回收,讀者須致電順豐客戶服務熱線(27300273),重新安排取件。

門市自取:可到本院,我們會以電郵或Whatsapp通知讀者取件。請於 14 天內前往取書,逾期將有機會需重新安排取書時間。

上門派送:則由順豐速運或其他物流公司提供,工商或住宅地址皆可。運送時間一般可安排於 「備貨時間」 後一星期以內。
退貨政策
- 本店所有貨品一經售出,恕不接受無理由退貨。
- 如貨品在運送或生產過程中出現損壞、缺件或其他品質問題,請於收貨後七天內與本店聯絡,並保留完整包裝及交易紀錄,以便跟進。
- 逾期或因不當使用而導致之損壞,恕無法辦理退換貨。
Delivery Times
For Hong Kong local orders, you may choose either collection or door-to-door delivery:

SF Express Collection: Provided by SF Express, this service includes SF store locations, SF lockers locations and SF service partner locations. Items typically arrive at the selected collection point within 1-2 working days after dispatch. However, as logistics are subject to numerous factors, we regret that we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Upon arrival at the selected collection point, SF Express will notify the recipient via the ‘SFHK APP’. Please download the SFHK APP in advance and enable mobile push notifications to avoid missing delivery alerts. Smart locker parcels must be collected within 24 hours of arrival, while other self-collection items require collection within 3 days. Should a parcel remain uncollected due to insufficient space at the collection point, it will be returned to SF Express. Readers must contact the SF Express customer service hotline (2730 0273) to rearrange collection.

Shop Collection: You may collect your items at our premises. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp. Please collect your books within 14 days; otherwise, you may need to rearrange collection.
- Home Delivery: Provided by SF Express or other logistics companies, available for both business and residential addresses. Delivery times are generally arranged within one week after the ‘preparation period’.
Return Policy
- All items sold by this establishment are non-returnable without cause.
- Should goods sustain damage, be found incomplete, or exhibit other quality issues during transit or production, please contact us within seven days of receipt. Retain all original packaging and transaction records for processing.
- Returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated for items damaged due to improper use or after the aforementioned period has elapsed.
